

1. Prepare the Baguette:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each side with olive
oil. – Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
– In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.
– Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
– Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and cooked
through. – Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper
to taste.
3. Assemble the Bruschetta:
– Spread a layer of guacamole on each toasted baguette slice.
– Top with a few pieces of diced avocado.
– Add 2-3 shrimp on top of the avocado.
– Garnish with cherry tomatoes,diced onions and chopped fresh basil.
– Serve the shrimp bruschetta immediately as an appetizer or a light snack. For an added
touch, you can drizzle a bit more olive oil on top before serving.
